SHIPPING POLICY
Your purchase will be mailed within 48 hours of your order with the exception of weekends. I will ship 1st class USPS and the rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your product and your location. Before the final checkout, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are gladly accepted.
Please contact me within 7 days after receipt of the piece and kindly ship back within 14 days. Jewelry items must be undamaged and in original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that the refund process may take up to 7 days from the date of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be in the same form as the original payment.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless it arrived damaged.
Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
